I just saw a report from Canada's top francophone medium about an inconsist=

The version broadcast used the term "incoh=C3=A9rence" to qualify a specifi=
c point
where coherence was lacking between different ministries/teams. If I used
"incoherent" incorrectly, I would guess that was a Frenchism.
