A New GUI for Apache

This tool helps you to manage an Apache webserver via a GUI, so you
don't have to type in the complete commandlines.
Completely rewritten GUI, in Delphi this time.
Lower RAM usage. Now the GUI is way more userfriendly.
There is also a new editor with hightlighting support. A
password-manager is available. Frontend for logresolver and so many
more usefull stuff.
New is also a help-file with lots of screenshots.
