I checked:
- source distribution
-- incubating is in the name/version
-- signature and checksum are good
-- DISCLAIMER-WIP (nit: I suggest to move forward toward DISCLAIMER be
updating Hibernate (now Apache licensed), and we can do an effort about the
missing ASF headers)
-- LICENSE is OK (nit: it mentions files that don't exist - mostly xsd),
NOTICE is OK
-- Several files don't have the ASF header, mostly in test resources.
That's OK but worth to fix.
-- A couple of compiled/binary files in the source distribution:
gradle-wrapper.jar, empty.jar. That should not be there.
- binary artifacts (zip/tar.gz distributions)
-- incubating is in the name/version
-- signature and checksum are good
-- No DISCLAIMER or DISCLAIMER-WIP
-- No LICENSE and NOTICE file

I suggest to fix the following:
- in the source distribution, can you please remove the jar files?
- can you fix the binary distributions by including DISCLAIMER, LICENSE,
NOTICE in each distributions (and the LICENSE/NOTICE should be appropriate
for each distribution).
