-- the LICENSE file is not fully correct: the PredicateConverter path
(Paimon section) is not correct, some files are documented but not
actually present in the source distribution (PaimonSnapshotScanner,
HadoopFsPlugin)
-- the NOTICE file is correct (nit: a question about consistency, if
we document flink, kafka, paimon, why not documenting arrow-java,
spark
-- ASF present in all expected files
-- No binary/compiled file in the source distribution
- binary distribution
-- incubating is in the name/version
-- signature and checksum are correct
-- DISCLAIMER is present
-- LICENSE contains a couple of minor mistakes: typo on SLF4J, jsch is
BSD 3-Claude (not BSD 2-Clause)

I suggest to fix the LICENSE/NOTICE issues for the next release. I
will propose a PR for that.
