Thank you for the thorough review and the binding vote!

- GitHub 1.0.0 / 1.1.0 labeling: I fixed it. 1.0.0 is now marked as a non-ASF release, and 1.1.0 will be clearly marked as an incubating release with the disclaimer text once the vote passes.

- Docs linking to dist/dev/: these are intentionally pointed at dist/dev/ because their purpose is to help reviewers verify the release candidate. For the official release we will publish separate end-user docs pointing to the released artifacts.

- NOTICE year: we will track this and correct it in our next release.

- Project download page: we will create this as part of the release announcement, before publicizing 1.1.0-incubating.

- https://hub.texera.io: this is a non-ASF deployment that predates incubation. We will add a clear notice on the site stating it is not an official ASF release and linking to https://texera.apache.org/ as the official project home. All ASF-related pages (GitHub, project site, release announcements) will direct users to texera.apache.org.
