Checked:
- Signature and checksum match for both packages
- Source LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER looks good and mentions all
the source inclusions that I recall
- All of the binary containers seem to have a specific and complete
LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER inside the container.
- I ran RAT via a sbt plugin on the source. I didn't find any sources
without a license or source inclusions that weren't mentioned or had
an incompatible license.
- Source package and git tag match
- Source package compiles. I'm a little unclear on how to get an
identical working binary from compiling but I'll chalk that up to my
own lack of knowledge.
- Binary seems to pull, start, and run workflows. One minor issue I
ran into was from stale volumes from the previous RC, probably others
won't run into this.
