I checked:
- incubating in name
- disclaimer exists
- license and notice are fine - except the notice year needs updating
- no unexpected binary files in teh source release
- files have ASF headers
- can compile from source, but there are some javadoc errors

I noticed it seems none of your mentors have voted on this release. It would be good to encourage them to vote here.
