Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Hamilton - apache-hamilton-contrib 0.0.9-incubating (RC1)

I have raised concerns about this contrib component:
https://github.com/apache/hamilton/issues/1652

I would appreciate if Incubator PMC members could weigh in on this.
This component comprises of a few contrib elements and these contribs appear =
approximately under /user/name-of-user/ as opposed to being /feature-name/.
To me, this goes against the norm of ASF projects being about community and n=
ot naming stuff after living people.
