The answer as I=E2=80=99ve come to know from Sean and Daniel is that =
lists.apache.org is based on a SHA of Foal with (1) some OAuth related =
changes and (2) Elastic Search for the database.

These are areas which could likely be brought into alignment with the =
PMC version.

Rich has lately been adding documentation, and I=E2=80=99m pretty =
