I didn't actually vote for this contrib release but the result has been annou=
nced listing me as a +1.
Since my phantom vote is needed to reach the 3 IPMC +1s, I suppose I better p=
rovide a +1 after the fact, despite my stated reservations about this contrib=
 release.
