assessment captures our current understanding of where the project stands
across code, licensing, releases, community, consensus, independence, and
trademark/branding expectations.

We would appreciate any feedback from mentors and IPMC members, especially
on areas where the assessment should include stronger evidence, clearer
wording, or additional graduation-related considerations.
