Hi Sebb,

Thanks for pointing this out. I updated the website to address the
release/download concerns.

The main website no longer promotes GitHub source links as downloads. I
also added a dedicated downloads page that points users to the formal
Apache release artifacts, uses the proper closer.lua flow for source
releases, and includes guidance for verifying releases using signatures and
hashes.

I hope this resolves the concerns. Please let me know if anything else
needs adjustment; otherwise, I believe this item is now addressed, and we
can proceed with the graduation discussion.
