Re: [DISCUSS] Graduate Apache ResilientDB

For me, no tool for an ASF project/podling should be based on going to
GitHub and do a git checkout. It should be based on a source release
that was voted on by the PPMC and IPMC. The tool should be buildable
from the source release.

/resvault#build
contains instructions about `git clone` on a non Apache git repo.
At a minimal, the docs in the apache/incubator-resilientdb repo should
have a disclaimer about this tool not being an official Apache
release.
