Hi Ian,

Regarding the NOTICE file, I checked several existing ASF projects and
found that Apache Spark and Apache Hadoop use similar "and onwards" wording
in their NOTICE files. Given this existing ASF precedent, we believe the
current wording is acceptable, so we plan to keep it unchanged for this
release.
