I am no expert on this scripting but I did some analysis.
The last success was July 7.
We don't have many commits to svn around them and the single one on
July 8 looks benign.

The clutch2.sh is showing an issue since July 7.

This line is not evaluating a number value into $CLUTCH_COUNT_1 as
expected and the shell script fails at the end of the script because
$CLUTCH_COUNT_1 does not equal $CLUTCH_COUNT_2.

So it appears that `python3 clutch2status.py > clutch2pages.out` is
not succeeding.
I will try to print out clutch2pages.out if the $CLUTCH_COUNT_1 is not
evaluating as a number.
