Regarding the website:
- download page is good now (https://resilientdb.apache.org/download)
- it includes the expected footer
- logo is available on https://www.apache.org/logos/?#resilientdb
- checks are passing: https://whimsy.apache.org/pods/project/resilientdb
Regarding the maturity matrix
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/RESILIENTDB/pages/440304877/Apa=
che+Incubating+ResilientDB+Maturity+Model),
it looks good to me.

I don't see any blockers to moving forward with a formal vote about graduat=
ion.

I suggest to start one.
