Web sites for Apache Texera (Incubating)

Before Texera joined the Apache incubator, it had a website:
https://texera.io/.  Now its official site is https://texera.apache.org/.
The original site still tracks information not related to ASF, such as
research papers, educational activities, funding sources, and a deployment
of the system at https://hub.texera.io/.

We wonder whether ASF has any rules regarding keeping this site.  If not,
what's an appropriate domain or website to host such information?
