Promoting Apache DataFusion Comet subproject to TLP Apache Comet

Hi,

There is a discussion  in the Apache DataFusion community about
promoting the Comet subproject to a new top level Apache Comet project
[1].

I thought it would be good to share this in this mailing list and ask
for feedback and guidance on the process.

I did file a JIRA already for a podling name search [2].
