I had error 5 times:

Bad Gateway!
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. 
The proxy server could not handle the request <em><a href="/jira/secure/AttachFile.jspa">POST&nbsp;/jira/secure/AttachFile.jspa</a></em>.<p> Reason: <strong>Error reading from remote server</strong></p>
