That's about what I guessed :-) I believe that the proposal is ready
to be voted upon. But I didn't push it because
a) all successful votes in my archive were called by the Champion
b) I can't put in a binding vote until my addition to the IPMC
    is recorded in committee-info.txt

I'll be away for a few days starting next Tuesday.
I hope you can call for a vote before that.
