site updated

Hello,

as pre warned, the logging site has just received an svn update.
Included are several fixes in branding.

It has been delayed because there were locking errors in the
/www/logging.apache.org and the
/www/logging.apache.org/log4php/apidocs folders. I am still a bit
unsure how they could happened, but Daniel Shahaf from infra has fixed
this for us. He told me we should take care on the umask 002 which
keeps everything group writeable. We probably should take a look at
the site-deploy commands.
