ASF CMS deleted my newly created content folder

I followed this:
http://wiki.apache.org/logging/ManagingTheWebSite

and added log4cxx to the repos. It was visible online.
Then I went over to the twig file and edited it to match the path.

For some reason the log4cxx was then svn deleted. Not sure why.
Anybody has an idea what I was doing wrong?
