Metuxmpm test failed

Test conditions:
apache-2.0.47
httpd-2.0.47-metuxmpm-r7.diff from http://www.sannes.org/metuxmpm/
~100 virtualhosts.
Seemes to work good.

When I try to benchmark my server by siege utility from http://www.joedog.org/
siege/, apache multiplexer process hangs on. Become zombie. In ps output: 
httpd <defunct>
siege was in benchmark regime: siege -b --url="http://test.server.url/"

Detailed analysis allow to suppose, that it hangs due to opened connections on 
apache side and closed on clent side.(putting Ctrl-C on siege console & 
running seige again 100% hangs multiplexer)
