chunked encoding still problematic with latest CVS bachand and apache 1.3.28

Hello Backhand Users,

FYI --  chunked encoding still fails with hex characters in the output 
using the very latest CVS backhand and apache1.3.28.

I have worked around the problem with the suggested workaround on this 
list:

   BrowserMatch "MSIE" nokeepalive downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0
