Not absolutely certain, I'm not the one who actually did the build.  We 
are trying to add Apache, PHP, MySQL, et al as source rpms to relieve 
ourselves of the necessity of actively maintaining releases.  Where 
would I look?

I have checked and rechecked the httpd.conf files and they are the same 
as used on the old platform with the exceptions that the commands 
"LayoutMerge On" & "LayoutHandler application/x-httpd-php" generate the 
error message "Invalid command - perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a 
module not included in the server configuration"
