What I honestly need right now is for someone to write some tests via
Apache::Test or something similar. Do to an accident 1.5 years ago I
lost the test suite I had for mod_layout (which was a number of years
worth of work). Ever since then its been impossible to keep patches up
to date since I have yet to rewrite all of the tests :(
