"LayoutHeader /header.html" - Rats!  Yes, mod_layout works fine for one 
element of the header/body/footer trio being php.  The problem comes 
when there's more than one.  I have a very nice header (php) and body 
(html), but can't get the footer (php) to display.  And if the body is 
also php, all that gets displayed is the header.
