The example shows you can just add the Layout inside the <virtual> Apache say's its a directive error.
I put inside the <location> and that does nothing.
I put it inside the <directory> and nothing comes up for the website.

The last 2 gives no errors. Just shows the same webpage or the later which just shows nothing for the website.
