Nope.

I have 1 simple line in my conf.

<Directory "/var/www/html/vhosts/borgnet">
allow from all
deny via sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
Options ExecCGI FollowSymLinks Includes Indexes SymLinksIfOwnerMatch -MultiViews
XBitHack on
Layout "<-- copyright -->"  "Copyright (c) BORGNET dot US, 2005" replace
</Directory>


And configtest shows no errors but the webpage shows blank if I use any layout directives.
