Hello,

mod_layout will include the dynamic output of a JSP page.  (I had to get
Apache to force the browser not cache the pages that include JSP files.)

It seems mod_layout cannot wrap a JSP or servlet (it looks like mod_jk and
mod_jk2 are processed first).

BTW, I'm unable to access mod_layouts built-in ENV VARS using the request
object, etc.  If you are able to get this to work, I would be interested.
