Mod_Layout 3.2, Apache 1.3, PHP 5.2, PHP Not working =\

HI All,

I've spent the last 2 days trying to figure this problem out.  I want to use mod_layout on all my pages, PHP and HTML.  When I try to use PHP Code it is not being executed but shows up in the source of the page.  I read that it needs to be used as
LayoutHeader /include.php and not LayoutHeader /path/to/include.php .

To use it across all the sites I am not sure what to do unless I put the include.php file in the root of every person's home directory.  I tried using alias and scriptalias but it seems to ignore both of those options.

Please let me know if there is a way of doing this that I am missing!
