Output cutoff with Apache2 and mod_layout 4.0.1a

I recently upgraded to RH80 and it installed Apache2 2.0.40 (which I really
didn't want it to do, but I tend to stick with RPM's whenever possible).

Anyway, I grabbed the new version of mod_layout, compiled & installed it,
and tried to implement it.

After futzing around with the configuration a bit, I got it to work ... sort
of.

For some reason the output is being cut off after 4981 bytes.

If mod_layout is not activated, apache works fine.

Any ideas why this would be happening?
