Installation in Windows

Hello,

Do you have instructions to install "Mod_Layout" for Windows?

When I tried the steps mentioned in the "Install" document, I couldn't get
pass step 3
<snip>
3. Call the configure script as you normally would and add the switch:
   --activate-module=src/modules/layout/liblayout.a

4. Make sure the build environment is clean by issuing the following
   command:
> make clean
</snip>

I used WAMP (http://www.wampserver.com/) and hence don't know how to call
the configure script (which I am not quite proud of). Also when I do a "make
clean" from the "C:\wamp\Apache2\modules\layout" folder it says:
<snip>
'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
</snip>

Any Suggestions?
