Header duplicity problem

Hi,

I have compilled and installed mod_layout 5.1 to the Apache 2.2 webserver.

I have had a problem with header duplicity, there you can see an =

illustration of the problem: http://pem.hostuju.cz/index.php . There =

should be only one ad ribbon, but you can see three or more.

How can I solve this problem?
