Re: using mod_layout for global server headers? urgent!

First, make sure Apache 2.0 is in your path (probably means
adding /usr/local/apache2/bin to your PATH).
The type:
make

And then:
make install

Really, that is all there is to it. You just now need to add
the directives that you need.

What does this mean?! Where am I supposed to place the mod_layout files?
