More truth in this then lie. I have limited bandwidth for it at the  
moment and I have not had much luck interesting any of the people I  
use to fix bugs for me to take on any of the work for it.

Apache 1.3 is fine, but 2.2 has the issue around double inserts for  
PHP. The solution to the problem involves in detecting the second  
pass, but no one has had time to find out how to fix this.
