A Few Questions...

I just installed mod_log_sql onto Apache 1.3.27 + MySQL 4.1 Alpha and
I'm loving it! I have 3 questions:
 
1. Is there a definitive guide as to what options are available for the
"WhichNotes" option? I see the example listing 2 gzip fields, but where
are they coming from? Is it some Apache fields I don't know about or ??
2. Has anyone built any precanned reports on top of the current DB
structure already? If so, can you point me to some links? I don't want
to reinvent the wheel if someone has something they are sharing. 
3. Is there an archive for this mailing list via the web? I checked MARC
but didn't see the list registered.
