Apache 2 port of mod_log_sql

This afternoon I became slightly bored and decided to port mod_log_sql to
apache 2.0.. And now I have a functional and working (although not thoroughly tested) port of
mod_log_sql 1.18 to apache 2.0..  Right now I am merging in changes from
mod_log_sql 1.19b1 then I will post a tarball for all those who are anxious
to test it out.
