apache 2.0 port and autoconf support..

How goes the 1.19 release of mod_log_sql?
Currently I am going to undertake a port of 1.18 to apache 2, if you don't
mind. and of course I'll be submitting patches to you.  I will also look
at adding libdbi support as well..

if you check out my FTP module for apache 2.0 I am currently working on
(http://urkle.drip.ws/apache/) I have a very nice autoconf script and
apache autodetection code in there.. where by which you can easily detect
what version of apache the user is compiling for.
