1.93 of apache 2.0 port released.

I tried for the end of the weekend.. But as life goes, things came up..
But I've now released version 1.93 of my mod_log_sql port to apache 2.0.
New features in this release..
*Compiles under Apache 1.3 and Apache 2.0
*SSL logging is currently removed while I fix thing to get it compiling
under both versions as a sub-module.
*Cleaned up the configure scripts.
*Cleaned up sections of the code
*Separated out sections of code to separate files.

Next features are reworking the main core logging routine to optimize it
for speed, adding SSL back in. And adding in DBI (honestly this time).
