mod_log_sql do ot create tables

Hi All, I just installed and conigured apache with mod_log_sql . When I start apache I am getting in the error log the following message : [error] mod_log_sql: child spawned but unable to open database link I check if the user apache can connect to mysql server and create tables and it worked. Does someone can help me with that?
