mod_log_sql 1.18: LogSQLTransferLogFormat directive not working

We were trying to log a different set of data, but even the simple test 
below fails. It still logs everything that it would log by default 
rather than the selected option.

LogSQLLoginInfo localhost username pass
LogSQLDatabase database
LogSQLSocketFile /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
LogSQLTransferLogFormat v

<VirtualHost 207.235.77.131:80>
[snip]
        LogSQLTransferLogTable access_log

  [snip]
</VirtualHost>
