mod_log_sql into Debian SID

Hi,

My sponsor has just uploaded a new version of mod_log_sql 1.100 with my
(updated) score board patch. This last version adds the support for the
score board patch as well for pgsql: it has been hoocked in module
specific drivers so it can run on multiple types of SQL.

The new SID version is now called 1.100-10. Note that this doesn't
produces the apache 1.3 modules anymore as apache 1.3 is removed from
SID and wont be present in the next Debian stable (Lenny).

I will try to work on the new 1.101 version of mod_log_sql and try to
add the support for the incoming traffic as well.
