so next step is to md5 your mp3 path and you have the beginnings of your own

if you set the header type correctly, the default mp3 player (in windows)
will load...

eg this is how you could send a single mp3...
the user downloads foo.php which contains the following php code:

#EXTINF: O Fortuna
http://tunes.zinkwazi.com:8000/?op=play&song=5f9a6ab7f7fdeaf880917e2c7503022

(assuming you are using php, if not set the header in your language of
choice)

Hi people

Just tried out mod_mp3 and its looking great, everything is working fine but
now I want to 
try and stream just single MP3's so I can embed direct weblinks for them
into webpages 
/ articles etc..

I tried
http://myserver.com:8000/?op=play&song=c4f8a9dde461b03e6bea0bc6c5b70e4a

But in IE6.02 it just starts a download, I allowed it to download 15Mg
before stopping it?  
The largest file in the directory is only 6MG.

Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong?
