unable to get some features of mod_mp3 to work

I've got mod_mp3 working and it's great.  So much easier than icecast or
shoutcast and it runs great on my openbsd server.  I have some questions
though.  Some of the options I can't seem to get to work, it seems like they
aren't supported.  Some of the one's I've tried without success are :

MP3Loop
MP3LimitPlayConnections
MP3Log
MP3Allow

when I try to use them I get an error like this:

[root @ silence ] : apachectl start
Syntax error on line 1045 of /var/www/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'MP3LimitPlayConnections', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by
a module not included in the server configuration
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

any help would be really appreciated.  Should I be able to use these options
in my httpd.conf file?
