No, it would exist as a port 80 ability, and actually to any ip/port
apache listens to.
That is unless you ad the directive to a scope rule in the httpd.conf.

Brian: Did we remove the fragment from the FAQ that mentions the mp3
default handler stuff?

i have a statement

AddHandler mp3-file *.mp3
AddHandler ogg-handler *.ogg


in my .conf file (read it somewhere in the mailing list archive), but
the browsers insist to download the whole file..

btw, once i set the default handler thingy, and everything works as it
should (what it doesn't right now), is then the mp3-player automagically
getting the file from myserver.com:mod_mp3-port (as opposed to
myserver.com:80) ?
