does not start

I have RH8, apache 2.0 and mod_mp3 .39

httpd.conf:
#####
LoadModule mp3_module modules/mod_mp3.so

<Directory /var/www/html/>
     MP3Engine On
     MP3CastName "X.X.X"
     MP3Genre "Music"
     Timeout 1200
     ErrorLog /usr/local/apache/logs/music_error_log
</Directory>
#####

When I "apachectl start" it tells me:
Cannot load 'module' into server: mod_mp3.so:
undefined symbol: ap_null_cleanup


I tried also mod_mp3 0.38 and 0.37 and I get the same
error message.

Also, if you see something missing and/or something
else erroneous in the httpd.conf, please let me know.
