Hello list members, I searched around to see if this one had been solved elsewhere, but could not find any hits on it. I have a server that I just installed mod_mp3 into and I get the following error when I try to restart Apache: Bad system call (core dumped) Here are the specifics of the system: FreeBSD 5.0-RELEASE #3 Apache 1.3.26 (--enable-module=all --enable-shared=max) mod_mp3-0.40 (--with-apxs=/usr/local/www/bin/apxs) The compile and install goes fine. Then: jail1# apachectl configtest Bad system call (core dumped) Same error if I try to start Apache after it's been stopped. Seems that just loading the module causes this error. If I remove the LoadModule directive for mod_mp3 Apache returns to normal. So, does anyone have any ideas? I was able to install the same version of mod_mp3 on a FreeBSD 4.4 server with the same version of Apache, but the systems are not identical, so there might still be other factors. Any ideas are appreciated. -- Justin Hopper <[email protected]>
