Straming problems

Hello,

I have been able to install mod_mp3 as DSO for a Apache 1.39 server under
Linux (RedHat). I have tested it with several 128Kbps-MP3s.
I have two questions:

1.) When using the normal playing option (op=play) the files are being
downloaded by the clients (Winamp - WMP). They only get streamed when I use
the M3U option instead. What am I doing wrong?

2.) What is the MySQL-dispatch option for? I have compiled the module with
MySQL-dispatch enabled, but I don't quite understand the benefits of it.
I have to populate the MySQL tables with the details of the files the module
is reading in (file names, locations, ID tags) would read in anyway, isn't
it?
