Version 1.0 Released

Hi!

Version 1.0 of mod_mp3 has been released. The major new pieces are:
Apache 2.X support
Faster id3 parsing (and it uses a lot less memory)

How exactly stable this release is unknown, so I would not recommend 
upgrading at this point unless you must/really want to deal with seeing 
how well Apache 2.X works.
